Dom has many years experience in the wealth management industry (and several years servicing small businesses), having held senior financial/administrative positions in several well-known firms. His knowledge of operations, finance and administration complements an extensive technical background providing a valuable source of assistance to business owners and financial professionals.
Dom has engaged in a few entrepreneurial ventures over a long corporate career including a computer training and consulting company and as consultant to small business owners and financial advisors. For the past decade, he operated JosPhar Wealth Management and since 2005, JP Smart Start. Several services offered by JosPhar were incorporated into Smart Start to offer consolidated services under one roof.
Dora Rossi
Dora has an extensive background as an entrepreneur and in corporate positions. She provides administrative support to Smart Start and to our clients with precision and dedication. A consummate multi-tasker, she provides invaluable support to Smart Start clients and is a “people person”. (She is Dom’s right hand). Dora also owns and operates two online businesses: Calcedonia Design and Bonanzle, both are startups.
